Alternative Boarding Resources

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has boarded with us over the past three years. It has been both a pleasure and an honor to care for your beloved pets while you were away.

When we launched this service, our hope was to offer a valuable resource to the community while generating additional revenue to support our animal service programs and our mission to improve animal welfare. Unfortunately, boarding income has not kept up with boarding costs. Because of this and other factors, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our boarding services. As a small and growing organization with limited resources, our team has concluded that our time and funding will be better invested in strengthening our animal shelter program and expanding our community animal services. Refocusing our efforts in these areas will allow us to better advance our mission.

Effective February 1, 2026, we will no longer accept new boarding reservations. To help ease this transition, we have provided a list of Alternative Boarding Providers below. If you know of other providers we should include, please let us know.
