After retiring in 2015 from years as a teacher and administrator, I’m living the dream. Moving from South Jordan, Utah, I’m now surrounded by the beauties of red rocks and the uniqueness of Wayne County. Our children and grandchildren love to visit as they can, We enjoy hiking and four-wheeling and exploring on the Velvets. Capitol Reef is our favorite National Park.
My husband, Mike, and I are raising alpacas. We love their curious and unique personalities, and I love to spin and knit their lovely fleece. I’ve always had dogs in my life and have recently found out how much I love cats since adopting two from CCAW. I also care for a feral cat, Mr. Fluffy. I’m excited to be a part of CCAW and hope to be a positive addition to our community.
